I am Dr. Curtis B. Inabinett, Jr., DM, Doctor of Science: Healthcare Management and Leadership. I am also a Certified Echocardiographer and graduate of the Arizona Heart Institute Foundation established by the world-renowned Cardiologist Dr. Edward 'Ted' B. Diethrich who established the world's first school for echocardiography.
After graduation, I worked at the Heart Institute for CARE in Amarillo, Texas under another famed cardiologist, Dr. Robert Gulide. Dr. Gulide pioneered outpatient heart catheterizations, and had a family viewing room for loved ones of his patients. His goal was to show the world that heart caths are safe.
Once back in South Carolina, I started the first independent mobile echocardiography service in the state. I provided service to rural area hospitals in conjunction with the Medical University of South Carolina Outreach cardiology clinics. I worked with three of the top 100 cardiologists in the nation at that time.
The goal of this consulting service is to educate college and university students in the art of echocardiography leading them to obtain bachelor of science degrees in the discipline.
My professional associations include the American Society of Echocardiography, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, and the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
I obtained my Doctorate in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Colorado Technical University.
